‘Tis the season, am I right ladies? This is truly one of my favorite times of the year and I really want to enjoy while it is here. It is so easy to already start looking forward to the next season of life but I really want to be better about appreciating each season as it comes and living it fully! So because I LOVE fall and I am sure you do too, I’ve decided to make a fall bucket list of things I want to do this season before it’s over and I thought I’d share it with you. Let’s make this the best fall yet!
Fall Bucket List:
- Obviously buy the Trader Joe’s seasonal items: my favorites include: spiced cider, pumpkin spice seeds, pumpkin rolls, maple butter, autumn pasta sauce and autumnal harvest soup!
- Girls night in with a fall treat(probably the pillsbury sugar cookies with ghosts or pumpkins on them) while we watch Hocus Pocus or Halloweentown.
- Pumpkin Patch photo shoot with friends or your boyfriend/husband if you can convince him…haha! I really want to hit up Halls Pumpkin Farm in Grapevine this season. It has a hayride, cider, food, pumpkins and a corn maze for only $5!
- Football games of course!
- Dallas Arboretum has the most beautiful pumpkin display around this time that is a MUST if you have never been.
- Go on walks after dinner. I LOVE going on walks around our apartment and by the lake. It is my favorite way to de-stress and get some physical activity in while enjoying the perfect fall weather.
- Bake something festive and bring it to your coworkers! I love to bake(thanks Mom) so I definitely want to make something yummy and deliver it to friends!
- Make soup and cornbread. Linking our absolute FAVORITE soup ever here because it is that good, especially paired with
Trader Joe’s cornbread mix that will rock your world. - Visit Magnolia in Waco for a girls day! I have never visited the Silos in fall and really want to try out the restaurant for breakfast before shopping our day away.
- Burn a fall candle, make breakfast at home and lounge in comfy clothes every weekend, YES PLEASE!
Fall outfit inspo(with links below):
Girls night out in Dallas to see Maggie Rogers! Ate at the cutest new restaurant in Bishop Arts, Paradiso and it was sooo yummy! Wore my corduroy pumpkin spice skirt with a heart print blouse and studded mules for the perfect edgy meets girly fall outfit. Honorable mention goes to my sister’s outfit because it SLAYS! The cutest leopard dress paired with a leather jacket and killer black booties.
More of a casual look for a Saturday stroll around town. Love pairing graphic tees with a jacket and distressed jeans and tennies for a comfy meets cute look. Grab this tee on my chic shop for only $17 here.
Another way to wear this corduroy skirt is with a cardigan or sweater front tucked. I see sooo many possibilities for this skirt and can’t wait to style it so many ways this fall season.
Pumpkin patch outfit inspo! Paired my pumpkin state of mind tee with a plaid duster and dark wash skinnies. Dressed my outfit up with my new fav booties for this season. These western style tan booties are such a steal from TJMaxx and go with literally everything! Linked below!
Happy Fall, here’s to enjoying each day as it comes and celebrating all the fall things!
XOXO, LPOC
Send some love!
