Accents, shopping, mind the gap..OH YES! London, you are my favorite city maybe ever and that is a bold statement. You are like New York City but with a cuter accent. I loved your eclectic mix of food and shopping and did I mention your accents? Read on for more from my trip to London…
London is one of the biggest fashion cities in the world so I was constantly taking mental notes and staring a second too long at outfits I loved. When traveling throughout London, we only had a day and a half to explore the city so dressing comfy was a must. It was also a lot cooler than it looks so layering was my friend. I wore my gingham tank underneath a classic denim button up with black skinnies and my grey/gold nikes. These Nikes got me through the excessive amount of walking we did throughout Europe and they are still dressy enough to go with an everyday look. I brought this khaki jacket from TjMaxx with me just about everywhere we went and it was the perfect neutral color.
As far as necessories, I kept it simple with some rounded, rose gold sunnies and my Kendra white arrowhead necklace.
London MUSTS:
- Kaffeine-best coffee/sandwich
- Cath Kidston- London’s version of Vera Bradley or Lilly Pulitzer but WAY cuter
- Broadway show-we saw Wicked and it was such a fun experience in the city!
- Wasabi-chain restaurant with the best bento bowls and sushi for cheap!
- Borough Market-best market I have ever been to, no lie.
Time’s up, hope you enjoyed seeing London through my eyes! Have an amazing week,
XOXO, LPOC
Send some love!
