She sells sea shells by the seashore? Try typing that three times fast. Hope everyone had a memorable memorial weekend! I sure didn’t do much outdoors thanks to mother nature. The rain has got to stop or I am going to lose my Florida tan(first world problems). Read on below for how I styled this black and white seashell dress!
When in doubt, Old Navy it out. Literally, my closet has transformed over the past year into a new Old Navy location in Flower Mound. It is pretty pathetic because there is not much I don’t own from that store. Speaking of Old Navy, I am sure you have guessed where this dress is from. Oh, and this denim top too, whoops. I am wearing nautical everything around this time of year: sea shells, flamingos, pineapples, anchors, fish, and more. I love to pretend like I’m on the beach even though I’m building an ark in Texas to take shelter from the storms. I love sundresses because they are 1. flowy and 2. can stand alone or act as a layering piece.
Let’s talk necessories(my new word). It might come as a shock that I chose gold. I know, I know, who am I? I honestly don’t remember the last time I wore silver jewelry and I’m not even sad. I wore my typical gold fossil watch and added a necklace and sunglasses to spice it up. This gold dainty necklace is shaped like a compass and it is from Charming Charlie. I love it so much! My Ray Ban gold club masters complete almost any outfit and add a bit of edge. Add some nautical patterns to your wardrobe, I mean, why the shell not?
